The time has finally come! A new version of the Simbro ResErection Demo is out for the public!

So, as mentioned in the previous news post, this update gets rid of some loose ends. With that said, we still have some things to add, but we've got a lot done. We got the majority of the text and events finished in the slums. We need to go back and add stat previews for the people you hire, but we're happy that the majority of the stuff is finished. We've also added some Qol improvements too.

Things to note
When offering girls to thugs, Alice comes up as an option for $0 dollars. This is something we will change in the future, but for now, we left it in so that it is easier to see the "good" stuff.

You can now fast travel without going into the map menu. To do this, you need to either tap on the left or right of the playable screen (Android) or move your mouse to the left or right of the playable screen. The left side is for locations outside of your current location. The right is for areas within your current location.

We plan to add some sort of GUI for this in the future to make it more obvious. This new update renders old save files unplayable. We tried to make them work, but the amount of extra coding needed to do so isn't worth it. In the future, we will add a notification warning you if a save file isn't compatible. We'll also add a way for you to delete saves to help clean things up.
